Ticket exchange is now open for Southampton. Ive just listed two in block 18 having never done it before. The email says I will get £0 back if sold is this right ? I thought you got credit in the shop

Yes it says that. You get a paper voucher in the post a few days later.

The credit is for drink and food in the concourse only. £18 for adult ticket, £10 for children

Make sure you spend it. I forgot last time then when I finally remembered a couple of months later it had expired.

It was previously but they changed it, you can now use it in person in the club shop also. Mine came through from the Stoke game this week

If I can’t get to the game, I give my ST to my Dad. I’ve have informed him of the new improved offer from the club on the exchange and said that I’m losing out on a few pints by giving him a freebie.

He then starts to list all the money he’s given me over the years and think, you know what old man, enjoy your afternoon

I’m probably only one of a handful who has put their ticket on the exchange and it hasn’t been sold. I guess most people are looking for seats together.
