Due to unforeseen circumstances, unfortunately, we will not be able to begin issuing Season Tickets this week as planned.
A technical fault occurred with the initial production and was discovered when we tested the cards. It has now been resolved but has resulted in a 3 week delay.
We have been forced to adjust our plan slightly but we are hoping that we will have tickets ready to be collected from July 10. We will keep all Season Tickets in the Ticket Office until the end of July and post out any remaining uncollected Season Tickets from August 1 so they will arrive in plenty of time for the new season.
If you don't want your Season Ticket posted please email ticketoffice@ccfc.co.uk and we will keep them at the Ticket Office for you to collect at your convenience.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and if the situation changes again we will keep you informed.

Isn't that much of an issue is it? What will people do with them before the season starts?

Yep one year I got mine about a week before the season started.

Didnt a similar problem happen last year or year score, and some fans were having to get paper tickets for a fair few games?

Still enough time for them to resolve it though.

I blame SISU

Remember last season none of the Junior tickets worked for the first 2 or 3 games... how hard can in be. Might be better going back to paper tickets at this rate

someone said that they received an email from the club stating that they had to go and pick up their ST's as the club cannot afford the post!!

I got an email from the club too saying that there would be a 3 week delay. I'm not bothered as long as I get the ST before the season starts maybe they can't test the cards cuz of the security checks down at the Ricoh

You'd have thought we'd have mastered how to program a card to an entry system by now, considering we've had this fantastic cashless card entry type thingy for a few seasons now

Bring back the paper season ticket books with the random choice of number I say! (bringing back more memories of HR :'( )

They've finally landed at companise house so everything will become apparent in a couple of days when they're published.

I imagine the producers { In Germany I think} wanted some payment up front ?!
