MVE, JDS and Kitching have all signed new contracts. No info on how long for.

Great news on getting Milan tied down. Not too fussed about the others. Think they were both up end of next season?

They all had a year left so I'm assuming it's most probably another year extension?

Interesting in that if we do go up, will JDS and Kitch get game time. I suppose it means we can’t lose them for free if we sell later on.

Buzzing MVE has committed to us.

Was a bit surprised we hadn’t wrapped anything up earlier in the season tbf. More to come I reckon.

Happy with the Kitching situation and marginally MVE. But despite the feel good factor no idea why we’ve extended Dasilva.

Because he has, for the most part, been superb for us this season.

Wonder if the length of contract depends on promotion? Hence they haven't said?

I didn’t expect MVE to sign till we got promoted. Increases his value now.

Wouldn't surprise me if there was a release clause for MVE if we didn't get promoted. Gets us a healthy sum I would presume if we didn't make it. All round good news.

We wouldn't be where we are without him. He has been excellent this season and had a great game on Monday evening.

Why are we constantly dismissive of our own players?

Da Silva has got his weaknesses certainly but he's a decent full back at this level. He's pretty good one on one as he's got a low centre of gravity, solid in the tackle.

I’ve said it before on here people are saying Dasilva has been excellent are only judging it on his previous levels not the levels of a decent full back, Boro could see he was the weak link and put Whittaker very wide and Dasilva just left him alone we’re lucky he had a bad game and they don’t feed him that much.

Thought Dasilva handled him well and made a couple of key blocks and tackles that game.

Even if you don’t want him as a starter he’s a good player to have around the squad

Why? ... It doesn't mean MVE won't leave, it just means he'll leave for the right fee

Probably bits, but we’re unlikely to replace 25 players in one fell swoop and we’d be at a level where we can actually attract fees for the players we no longer want.
