Looks exactly the kind of player we have been longing for, pace, energy and can chip in a few goals. I hope he does well. I read online that he is both footed... I don't know how true it is though as it was from a pretty sketchy foreign site.

I like the sound of the guy, and can't wait to see him in action today! Wonder where he'd fit in? Left wing replacing Sheff or Right Wing where we're desperate and only really have Baker, who I prefer on the left if he has to play on a wing.

Exactly! I'd guess it's pronounced Ned-rick-eem, making Ricky the inevitable English footy nickname. At least it isn't "Hailili-sy" or "Hailili-o". Although "Harry" could be a viable alternative

That made me laugh Torchy. Have you seen the video? It calls him the left footed maestro....but on the video he looks right footed, which is why I made the comment. It wasn't a criticism.

I think Riqi deserves another chance and is only 19 years old and there is something there to work with.

Bruno might be alright to chuck on for 10mins to header the ball but probably needs better service with crossing for him to be effective.

We don't need Bruno, Ball is a target and we only need one of them

I was in the home end and saw them both together close up in the 1st half - IMO Bruno was much better than Ball, at the centre of everything and seemed like a leader for the rest of the team. He didn't do anything second half but first half he was at the centre of our attacks and looked strong - then again, I forgot to take my glasses!

I think you've not been wearing them for the last 58 games. Leave thence off -otherwise you might not like what you see.

Bruno was better on the Ball in my eyes, probably quicker, also more skilful. We haven't seen their finishing yet though!

I'd say that based on how much it clearly hurt him when he missed those two great chances-the fact that he was playing for a contract was probably too much pressure on young shoulders. Give him the rest of preseason-he's a LW, and we aint too blessed with those. Did look very right-footed, mind you.

Not impressed with Bruno-the way he traipsed off, I'd assume that's the last we'll be seeing of him.

why would stuttgart release him if he was that much of a prospect though?
you know cov anyway, anybody that looks like a deal too good to be true never goes through!

It sounds like the whole team was utter tripe yesterday. If all if them had been on trial who would we have signed?

From reports I'm guessing only Cody.

Stuttgart are a much better side than we are. A prospect for them is not the same as a prospect for us.

The German Lad looks the type of player we have missed! Get the right players around him and he could turn in to a gem, really impressed with his movement, but was never played in untill Cody came on! Brazilian needs game time, i liked him! But u can not judge either of them from that game!

I would 100% offer the young lad a contract even if it's just to use him as an impact player. My eyes couldn't keep up with him it's been that long I've seen a quick winger play for us.
