I would put Philips at right back and move Willis into the midfield.

Strange idea.

Has he ever played midfield before?

Dont think Mcquoid will be either he was not a happy chappie when SP pulled him and i think he was not very complementary to SP when he went past him

No, doesn't mean he couldn't though. Strong, physical player, with decent distribution, won't happen though. Don't think it's any stranger than playing
Hines there as was suggested earlier.

Surely the other way round would make more sense. Philips in the midfield and Willis at right back.

That could work as well, just think we need a bigger unit in there.

Hines has played midfield for boro, Willis has never played there. So it's probably a little stranger!

I think Finch is too young would not risk him so would either go with.

a. Move Fleck into centre and introduce Coubillay out wide.
b. If keeping Fleck out wide move Hines up into defensive mid role and bring Webster back in as centre half.

Don't mind either option b makes more sense to me but the attacker in mind would quite like to go for option a
with suspensions, injuries and no manager no better time maybe to get at Orient and attack!!???

Hines had played there before in his career though.

He got two assists and was decent second half once he pushed up the pitch a bit. We win for the first time in weeks yet the team needs a number of changes.

Yes we won due to a fantastic TEAM effort in 45 minutes of football. It doesn't mean the best players were in the best position. i'm not saying the team needs many changes just pull Josh mcquoid out and out Jackson in and put Fleck in the middle
