...or not. Had one of those photo memories come up on my phone. Eight years ago today. We played Accrington Stanley at home and lost two-nil. The words to the Sky Blue song were on the scoreboard.

It was the family day or whatever so there was a big crowd. We got cheap tickets for one of the lounges.

I didn't go to the home game (I did the away), but wasn't this a cheap tickets match as well and the attendance was something like 28k?

It was quoted as 28k - It was not that much in reality, we did a London Wasps that day and gave a lot away and a fair few did not bother coming

Jordan Maguire-Drew put in one of the worst performances I have ever seen from a pro footballer in the first half that day

Oh, we were on our honeymoon in the USA in 2018 and were at our favourite Chicago diner at the same time as the 6-2 defeat away at Yeovil. My phone kept flashing with goal notifications

Same Jordan Clark scored that day who scored against us in the play-off final I believe.

I remember they scored after 5 minutes and killed the atmosphere dead.

Have to say I have no recollection of the words to the SBS being on the scoreboard. But I took a picture of it so there you go.

We've never got a point or even scored against Forest Green.

Yes, memorable day. It was one of my first away trips after my Bone Marrow Transplant and I was meant to be being careful. Told my wife, "yeah, course it's got a roof and of course we have a seat..." What a horrible day. Parked at the bottom of that hill on some industrial estate. Wasn't it JCH second debut. The first thing he did was go clattering into someone. A real low point in all my years following CCFC. Along with that midweek defeat away at the McCain.

Same here, I dragged 5 lads over from Northampton.
Spent the next 3 weeks telling them McNulty had the shits and thats why we were so poor on the day

Tbf 2-3 of them still come to games when they can

Diluted the oat milk at least.
It was a weird experience. Lovely little ground in the middle of a housing estate.

We were along the touchline. One of their defenders had a significant go at our fans iirc

Was the day Stokes sustained quite a bad injury if I remember correctly.

Funny that because I saw Maguire Drew play for Woking down here and he was the best player on the pitch. Must of found his level. Think he's at East Grinstead now

We also got a point in the EFL Trophy. No bonus points as we lost the penalty shoot out. 0-0 I think it finished, but I did get my first and last Vegan pie. We scored 5 in preseason too if they count

I actually went to watch FGR before they got promoted ‘for my 92’ as they were knocking on the door for a few years

Never anticipated we would drop down that far and play them ourselves

Leicester just lost 4.3 after leading 3.0 at H/T. That’s my best laugh for decades.

I've had to go and check this, noticed they were 3-0 up at HT - Thought you were on a wind up!
Wonderful relegation for them genuinely is a distinct possibility
