That they truly dont give a fuck about this football club.

loan signings have been promised and after that inept performance from our midfield last night coupled with an injury to Baker a loan signing is what we need this week ready for the next 3 games before the international break.

99% of other clubs owners in the football league would recognise this, back the manager and try and give the team some much needed help.

im not holding my breath.

well done 'brinner' & 'skyblueben', you echo the thoughts of thousands who are true 'SKY BLUE' as such we await the next move by our owners
in response to being gubbed by a team of experienced professionals, a job well done by a club that 'HAVE' invested, we therefore wait for the next barrel of 'pooh' from our hierarchy,
i muse as to how the 'owners' will react to this coming saturday ?
who from 'the owners' will be there ?
well done to the squad, the CCFC faithful are with you,
'gollocks' to the 'owners' !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I realise now that the fire engine reminds me of Banksy. There is a lot of potential for SISU-mocking art in his style!

Baker and bell make me crave the return of the Doyle and Hughes partnership! Worst midfield I think I have ever witnessed.

Meanwhile, back in the real world.......

You can't sign loan players if the players don't want to come. You can't sign loan players if the owning club doesn't want to release them.

Man Utd just refused to send Pogba on loan to Burnley.

Fact is, some Premier clubs will not want to send their players to play in the lower reaches of the Championship

So. If Coventry do not sign any loan players, that doesn't necessarily mean SISU "lied" or broke their "promise".

It may possible mean that we were unable to sign anyone.

Oh yes, sorry, I forgot.

If you aren't rabidly anti-SISU, foaming at the mouth, that means you have to be pro-SISU.

No strengthening in midfield will signify war with SISU from the fanbase I believe, even their sympathisers will realise their appalling lack of integrity. Tommy may be right though, if you were a player would you fancy a relegation scrap or maybe a club on the periphery of play offs?.........................oh that and tight Ken will want you to play for a bag of jelly beans.

I suspect Thorn will have several back-up plans as he often says he does. If SISU don't back him to get those deals through then they aren't doing their bit.

The bottom line is that we need loan signings to be able to compete this season, whether they be primary targets or ones further down Thorn's list.

Excellent post but unfortunately for these boards it isn't anti-SISU and its actually a well thought out and thoroughly legitimate idea.

Fully accept ur point mate, but surely playing in the championship for 4 months, is better than rotting in the reserves at a prem club. My last strand of hope in sisu lies with them getting a loan signing in..

To be honest until the prem clubs decide on their 25, not sure what that is we won't be getting anyone

hello leonard!

its also difficult to sign loan players when you wont pay a loan fee and/or contribute to the loanees wages.

FUCK OFF SISU!!

Looks as though your right....
THORN: NO DEALS ON HORIZON

"I've spoken to a few (Premier League) managers, the difference is that the ones who are playing in the reserves in top-flight clubs earn quite a lot of money, and so if you're not getting them you're going underneath and you're taking kids out......"

Protests? Are these the same 'protests' that happened at derby and Watford? A bit of chanting and a few bedsheets?

Might be a bit of chanting and bedsheets but at least were letting sisu/the board know how we feel. What do you silent lot do? Were hurtling to league 1 with sisu in charge and you guys are on the front row clapping like seals.

Nice flag.

But seriously, how is that going to get rid of SISU and is that such a wise thing with absolutely no one wanting to buy the club at the moment?
