Last time I had a couple £50 notes, the only place that would take them off me was the bank......
an outdated cash denomination......primarily preferred by gangsters, traffickers & launderers....
....not that I would dream off linking my above statement to any business owners associated with this thread......

I have 8 in my wallet at the moment ..I am none of the above..but i have them to give to the nieces and nephews for there birthdays ..its quite nice to get a £50 note..and i had them left over from the last campervan i sold

It still amazes me how funny people get when you pass them over a £50 to pay for something, whether that be in a bar, shop, restaurant etc. Many will refuse to take it.
