He really can't be around for too much longer can he?

My prediction is he leaves soon, SISU spin it was his personality clash with ACL, and we're back at the Ricoh still under SISU but worse off next season.

I liked the one where upon talking about the fans being against a move said, he understood the fans and agreed with the fans .... but then said we were still going to move.

Coventry City Football Ltd was "merely a property subsidiary which owns no material assets and has no employees, on or off the pitch".

I've said this before but will repeat now. The FL can solve this whole sorry state by coming out and stating that the GS share is in CCFC (the company in admin.) and as such reverts to them.

The FL have said the gs is in CCFC Ltd. They did it last week. They also stated that is why the club received a 10 pt deduction.

"The Football League's statement says: “The Football League has provided detailed information to the administrator to assist him with his ongoing investigation into the ownership structure of the club."Nevertheless it is our view that the club’s League share at the point of administration was owned by Coventry City FC Limited, hence the ten points deducted during the 2012/13 season.

“Any application to play matches at an alternative venue will be considered by the League Board in accordance with Football League regulations.”

So; no problem. They simply but it up to the highest bidder. (hopefully NOT Sisu)

" CCFC Limited has no value"
Then why the fuck are SISU likely to be bidding for it. Why waste all the money on legal fees and buy something back that you yourselves put in admin?

Fisher has turned a tad spiteful methinks. He's received a lot of abuse no doubt and is actually enjoying threatening the fans with the move. Will celebrate the day this twat departs the CCFC scene !

Mr Fisher is quoted by the Independent as saying: "We need stability. We've had 12 managers in 13 years. That's enough already. "

Three full time and two part time managers next !!!!

No Debt says Fisher

Coventry City CEO Tim Fisher has said that the Sky Blues do not have any debts.

In reply to a question raised by one of the club historians Lionel Bird, Mr Fisher said firstly that the AVRO debenture is a very normal practice and that there are no debts.

He said, whilst trying to keep in the bounds of business confidentuality, that the mortgage on the training ground had been paid as had the mortgage on the sales of season tickets.

Mr Fisher also admitted that losses were down to £250k per month from £600k.

Ranson also made the claim that we were 'debt-free', yet he still remains part of the Holy Trinity.

There is old, aged debt that was on the balance sheet at the time of acquisition. This debt is owed to Sky Blue Sports & Leisure.

Probably because he left before the decision was made to take us to league one, Walsall for 3 years then to an 8k capacity stadium somewhere in the Coventry "area" as oppose to simply in Coventry.

Not defending Ranson just focusing on the now not the then

“People have to understand we do not posture, we do not threaten, because that is not how you do business, you only do business in good faith. Always."

By far my favourite. Especially after posturing and threatening to liquidate the club.

My favourite, too. Did he say it with a straight face, I wonder, or was he sniggering as he said it?
