Not sure what people expected to be the result of his actions. I would think that CCFC are on thin ice with the EFL at the moment regarding pitch invasions and could end up getting punished themselves

Wonder why they even mentioned that. Really made a rod for their own back with that one. They should have just announced what action the club have taken

That will get glossed over. People are already taking it that the club have banned him for life not the Ricoh/Wasps.

you can understand why as the article leads with it. Obviously a reason why they did that, but not sure why

They made that quite clear, the guy has already been in the Telegraph. If he goes saying "I got banned for life" it's already cleared up.

Not sure how it's understandable that "ricoh Arena ban for life" means anything other than that
