My favourite is to pull from the slow lane to the fast lane, overtake then pull sharply back to the slow lane without indicating. I miss their front bumper by inches. The vast majority then get into the slow lane like they should.
They are on the spot fines. Would have a better effect if in court, fine and 3 points. We have a lack of police as well though.Don't think I've heard of a single person who's been fined since the law came in.
