While this is largely true there is potential for a collapse.They won’t build it for no reason. They must be pretty confident that they’ll have tenants.

Yesterday people were moaning about low density housing on greenfield in Kerseley. Today they are moaning about a high-density city centre brownfield development. I guess what people really want is less people.
Seems like a high-quality residential scheme, the sort of thing you see in cities up and down the country. These will all sell off plan for private rental market.

It is but well expensive from what i can remember. Got 2 headlight bulbs on ebay last week..4 quid. Elliotts would of been little change from £20.Can you lot not read articles? The new flats are for private sale and NOT for Students.
