It was just that Peterborough game. Word was that both goals came against the run of play and the first one was a deflection off a defender. Think that's the only 'lucky' comment.

It just shows the character of our side. Against the run of play? Maybe, but we'd dominated the first half. It was a very even, end-to-end game. Similar to the games against you and Gillingham: well matched sides, but we came out on top in all of them. Burton was a little more comfortable.

Some may say lucky but fans of all those sides have said they're the best side we've played this season so the league position is fair. As are all those other teams as they were the best we're played. Gillingham and Peterborough just slightly edging it.

Anyway, could you offer advice please? Now the game against you has been arranged, I'm going to be cutting it fine to get there on time with travelling from down south. Away fans can't park on the Ricoh car park can they? Can you recommend somewhere as close as possible?

Tesco car park. Literally 1 mins walk from the ground, right outside. Supposed to be a £25 minimum spend, but there has been no security on the barriers last season or this season.

When I drive I park there every time and have never had any problems.

Just don't park in my space, eh!! Under the Decathlon sign, right next to the trolley drop off!

Thanks, I know that car park. I thought there were restrictions though. Is there a shortcut through to the away end, or do you have to walk down the main road?

There's a subway straight to the ground. As I say, supposed to spend £25 in the shops to park there, but they simply do not put any security on the barriers, so you can just drive out.

I have parked there the last 5 years and been stopped twice and the last time was 3 seasons ago. They stopped manning it at the beginning of last season. You will see hundreds of fans parking there.

Um, actually I think they have started checking again - my mate always used to park there but has used Christ the King last 2 home games.

They don't. I have parked there all season and there has never been security in the barrier on the way out.

Not in my experience.

On the way out?

There was no security on when I left.

Very odd.

I'd take a draw with Walsall if we win the rest. Not a prediction, just a hope.

Will repeat what otis said, I've parked at the Arena Park car park every home game I've attended bar one and haven't had any issues pretty much since we went down. Used to hang about for a coffee and wait for the guards to go, now just drive straight out. Don't even stop for them, just drive past. If you get a parking ticket it's not enforceable anyway.

I'm no political student, but this sounds like the vanguard action for the revolution we've been waiting for? Brother's and sister's, park with freedom!

On the way in. He told me I'd get a £50 fine or something similar if I parked there.

Ahh, yes. Seen them on the way in, but they have always disappeared on the way out.

Burton will be a more difficult game than Walsall, they have won with 10 men for the second time this season

Agree. Think Burton are a stronger, more organised side than Walsall.

I too think the Burton game will be tougher.

I think both games will be tough. Interesting to see how the squads change in next couple of weeks. If we manage to win both or get a win and draw then I will be v happy

Well we smashed Crewe which I had as a shock defeat. Walsall could go either way, it seems their game was a real shocker with not a single shot on target. I had forecast a draw and think I will still go with that even though I think a win is now more possible. I'd forecast a win vs Burton but they seem to be on fire so that also could go either way. I think I'll go for another draw now instead of a win. Southend I just don't know so I'll go for another draw. If we can keep our unbeaten home record, I'll now be happy.

A run of a few wins could see us top again soon

Walsall will be the more difficult game of the next 3, despite losing today. Burton are top courtesy of their excellent defence. They have won an amazing amount of games 1-0. Personally I think if all our forwards play to their ability we will hammer them.

They had 26 shots in their game today and played a good part of the game with 10 men..

I see Wigan play Gillingham next game on Thursday night, so that could benefit us. Walsall's next game is obviously the game against us next Tuesday, due to their FA Cup tie, and Burton don't play next weekend, again because of the FA Cup 3rd round.

Interesting now that Burton's next game is against us on Saturday 16th. That's a long, long break. They'll either be really fresh or ring rusty when they play us I would have thought.

Don't know if the status still applies, but when we won against first and went top the Sky guy said every time second has played first in L1 this season second have won and gone first.

If we beat Walsall and Gillingham finally lose, could be another first V second clash against Burton.

27 of #Burton's last 58 league wins have been by a 1-0 scoreline. 1-0 to the #Brewers. #bafc

Plenty of time for them to concoct a plan for a 1-0 over us.....

But this is the new City, this is at the Ricoh.

I'm very confident we will beat Walsall (we owe them one) and I think we can get at least a draw against Burton.

I expect us to beat Burton - we made them look very ordinary at their place. I'm more worried about Walsall; I didn't see the game there but I read that they are the only team to outplay us this season.

Yep, that's what fans have been saying.

Really think it helps us them having a really tough FA Cup tie at Brentford on Saturday and us not having a game. We need to lick our wounds and get people fully fit (Martin, Fleck, Cole, Lorentzson).

I really fancy our chances. It's the closest local derby and I'm sure TM will be reminding them of our being out played at their place.

I really think we will win, especially on the back of a dismal home defeat for them (totally outplayed in a 3-0 loss) and us buzzing again on the back of a 5-0 cruise.

Armstrong's hat-trick will have also done him a world of good for sure.

I'm convinced we will win.
