It's been said (if people will just listen) there is money for investing in the squad now.
Enough certainly to get what we need in but as yet no deal imminent.
Relax everyone. If you get any more despondent then it will inevitably feed through to the players.

Self-portraits aside, the fact that I'm not screaming blue murder doesn't mean I think everything's rosy. It just means I'm avoiding the hysterics that are currently drawing no end of new threads about how armaggedon is nigh despite us learning nothing new today.

Had we beat Bury would everything people are now complaining about not be true? No. The only new development is that we don't have a second round League Cup tie on the schedule, all the other shit is there regardless, champ.

Been said by who and who should we listen to? Please don't say the board. Their track record in this department isn't one of truth and honesty. Most lies documented another even came to light today with the "no bid receievd for Juke" which we now also know to be bollocks. They don't even have the ability to keep their lies in-house and trip themseleves up at every opportunity. Until we see someone through the doors, I struggle to belive that we have any budget at all despite our position of peril.
