Anybody know/ got a link to a compatibility download for this retro game to work with windows 7?

Brought 3 retro games for £10 and they don't work with windows 7

Save me opening a new thread,

any ideas how to get Lord of the rings battle for middle earth working on Windows 7? It installed but won't load.
