Red card awarded due to player pushing him in the back and not making a genuine attempt for the ball.The red card was given on the basis that it was inside the box, so clearly an error by the ref (based on the double jeopardy rule) ironically he got it right by mistake. incidentally, if he'd got it wrong the other way round and only given him a yellow, is he then allowed to change it to a red, when VAR determines it is outside the box?

A wage of beteeen 10-50 dollars a day is considered middle class in SA .
So at best middle class Columbians earn at best up to $1500 per month.
I can only conclude there has been some level of subsidy to Countries from SA, be that through Russia offering incentives to compensate for the dearth of Europeans or CONECAF have had an input .
