That was just a joy to behold, had almost everything. Such a variety of goals too: a penalty, a free kick, a pile driver from outside the box, a tap in from a well worked free kick, strength nifty footwork for Costa's first, a keeper mistake.

My mate had a tenner on Ronaldo from outside the area and Costa to score a header at 200-1.

As good as the game was my favourite moment was him yelling "For fucks sake man, use your head, use your head!!" as Costa poked in that second goal, hoping he'd have gone in Houchen-esque a foot off the floor to head it in :emoji_joy:

I noticed that bit where Ronaldo just started walking around in midfield when the ball was a few feet away (Ferdinand pointed it out) as he was sulking over a misplaced pass. Although he sulks occasionally he is deadly if you give him a chance. Spain should have killed them off, though.

I prefer Messi. But the way Ronaldo has reinvented himself and changed his game to compensate for his loss of pace is astonishing.
