I was there too, the guy who got glassed was at the bar with me and went outside with his round, I sat down and he came in with blood all over his face a few minutes later. It always used to be the case that unless you went looking for trouble you were generally OK. Isn't like that anymore, only have to look at someone the wrong way and it can all kick off. People complain that nobody jumps in to help these days but its one thing to jump in when its blokes using their fists and you're evening the numbers up, another to risk getting knived or glassed.Could never imagine at 17 even thinking about raising a glass at a bloke 60 plus.
