Just had a squint at the Reading forum Hob Nob Anyone....they need a complete rebuild in summer and are broke, have some of the dross on long contracts, but will have to free money up so will release what they can. No one is putting Samuel forward as an answer to their problems. I think he is out of contract this summer, could he be released?

Too much Guessing, these things never go smooth and with what with Sisu's past record, TM rightly need convincing that all is set and he doesn't get tied in to a contract he can't get out of if all promised doesn't appear... Trust and sisu are not a good partner,, but i still think its to early to guess....

Perhaps they're trying to work out how to tell SW he's surplus to requirements without upsetting TF so he doesn't resign in protest?

Really or are you only half right?
"Samuel's contract with Reading runs out at the end of the season but it's clear that he is still highly-regarded by the Championship club" the CET..if you want I can post Adkins saying he is lazy and has a lot to prove and the fact he has never been In the frame at Reading... Believe me Reading would part with him ;

the PFA web site also states his contract is until 2015

Ah, Cov Insider! That well known heavyweight teller of tall tales! The gloves are off once again with him I see! This rumour sounds like it is on the ropes before it even starts.

It does have already the ring of bullshit about it doesn't it and if it does prove to be so then I would say building more false hope is a low blow and below the belt.

If this is just the first initial rumour though, I guess we'll all just have to take it on the chin and wait for round two, but it is bout time he stopped all this nonsense

For a half time show he could wheel out a boxing ring and every week one former member of the board has to fight one of his pro's. We'd sell out every home game for sure.
