Can't open the windows on the ones here.

Guessing it might have been a Southern train.

Been on one from Victoria to Maidenhead and they were the older style of trains with windows.

The Virgin and London Midland ones don't have windows that can open.

This is what I thought, all windows like this were removed but clearly not. The head was removed instead!

The bloke was on a Gatwick Express, I've seen them when I've been down there, it's the old style Intercity type carriage where you open the window of the door to open the doors when it's stopped.
