‎"The set up structure for a fund management business is very much boiler plate." Ref: Football Club ownership.

Basically a big........ FUCK YOU!...... and nobody in this country has the balls to take us on, but you love to talk about it (when it suits, like near an election), but still do fuck all.

It was the response to the guardian article on foreign ownership skyblueweeman

http://www.theguardian.com/football/2015/apr/14/english-football-clubs-owned-abroad-tax-avoidance

and the various clubs responses if any

God I hate tax dodgers - complete reform of the tax system is needed to reduce this as much as possible - pay your way in life and make the world a better place is my mantra for the day

Thanks OSB.

Would've been interesting to see the tone of this thread had they been like over 50% of the clubs: "no comment".

Could you imagine the meltdown....

Tax avoidance ranks pretty low on my list of things that are wrong with football to be honest. If they closed the loopholes on companies in generally surely it would apply to football clubs as well?

I can see the headline now, SISU more transparent and open than Man Utd, Liverpool and Wolves.
