The end of the football club as we know it, or the continuation of the football club as we know it?

Exactly!
What a load of moaning WUS's!
We are better off than we were going into administration -
we still have owners prepared to fund us and don't have the Ricoh £1.2m lease around our necks!
More to follow!

What crap.
For a start we have probably paid out nearly £1m in legal fees, they have had to pay the outstanding rent anyway, and are about to lose 80% of our support. How is that better off?
Also it isn't clear yet if the club is free from the rental agreement. I see no reason why it no longer exists and Ccfc Ltd aren't liable for rent for another 40 years.

You don't think they will exit admin through creditors voluntary liquidation?
As ACL haven't claimed the remaining part of the lease, then it's not part of the administration. And as ACL receives all their money, I don't think they can object either.
As I see it, and I wait to be proven wrong, but Ccfc Ltd have not yet officially broken the lease. Surely acl cannot claim for future rent until that time?
But if limited is liquidated as part of the exit? Then surely the lease dies with limited.
Yes, but then what about the golden share? They would need permission to move that first.
And you don't think it's already cleared with FL?
