FL place restrictions on Ccfc games home and away.
Potential for a deal at ricoh further restricted.
Owners even less likely to interact with supporters
People who incite such a pitch invasion at risk of being arrested whether they go on pitch or not.
Given crowd numbers it is unlikely to be many doing it in any case and easily controlled. Cameras focus on other things than those running on the pitch so coverage is studio announcement of game delay.
Tv companies less likely to feature Ccfc games because of potential disruption to schedules

......... Sisu still own ccfc and still sat miles away from it all with no need to put in extra funds

Fans will see it as an option but the consequences could make a lot of things worse. This is not a good option that unites fans to feeling yes let's all do it and show the owners & sky viewers what we think. It is important/ vital to be seen as a United group...... that has been the protest weakness all along - we are not

Apologies if some think that's me being negative and not doing anything whilst Ccfc dies... Have done enough so far to have a clear conscious on that front... it's my opinion and I am entitled to think for myself just like you.

Got to be more creative and memorable with the protests & campaign.

A protest that would grab headlines would be to invade the pitch at HT and
Congregate at the entrance to the tunnel, thus preventing the players from
Entering the field of play. It won't happen though, nothing will, fans of other
Teams will fight for their club, look at Charlton who from what I can make out
Are positively living the dream compared to us.
When it comes to fighting for CCFC it's pretty much, Meh.

Ok "Kid" I've replied to your PM asking for my details so you can start libel proceedings against me. Be careful what you say to me from now on though as you don't want to prejudice your water tight case.

"No. You do some research, "pal". You might have to ask Nick to provide my email address as that has my real name in it. Or just wait for the High Court to force him to hand it over."

Yep, that's the one. I won't quote yours.

There was a knock at the door and I was crying saying " i didn't mean it see, I've got a wife and a child and it's Christmas, have a heart, squire." but it was just the postman. I'm hiding under the stairs though just in case.

It's not just one post or person either, nor just on Facebook, there's lots of them, which looks like it's going to happen, people will storm that pitch, we fans are so divided and confused, this is what has become of us.

Me personally, I think it's stupid.

I believe they have a plan that they aren't going to release on social media. The protest group are saying meet at the Jimmy hill statue so I would guess it's going to be a charlton style protest that they are keeping a secret for obvious reasons. Trouble is without broadcasting it the numbers will be too little to actually make an effect. We will see on Thursday I suppose

    Ok here's a head start.

My real first name has been posted on the forum so you can research that and I live in Warwick. Im sure you're clever enough to work the rest out. Don't waste too much time as I'm going onto hospital sometime in the New Year so that may delay your action.

Definitely not in favour of a pitch invasion and would not encourage anyone to do it. The decision on this bad idea is their own to make

Needs a thousand fans to take part or it will fail dismally. I would love it if a thousand fans did invade the pitch and fuck up the SKY coverage for 15 minutes. I shall be 300 miles North, it won't be me involved but good luck to any large scale disruption, but not worth getting nicked if there is only a handful of you.
Doubt it will happen in reality !

I do think that eventually there will be a game stopped because of our supporters but I fear it will be at the end of the season if we are relegated and it will come too late - rather like the half hearted attempts to invade when we were relegated from the Championship.

I once had the notion that the best way of encroaching would be for everyone to do it as one, in a way as seen as almost passive , though of course it isn't . I called it my "Ghandi" invasion. The East Stand, as one body , would walk down to the front , climb over the hoardings and walks on to the area around the edge of the pitch. No running, no threatening behaviour, but hold their ground against any attempt to be pushed back. That would be enough. No pitch invasion necessary. It would only work if everyone joined in - that means thousands, all at once, in an orderly fashion. A few dozen and it won't work.

It wouldn't happen because many of the remaining hardcore of our supporters are those older fans, those who have been going for 40 years and more. They wouldn't want to take the risk, and who can blame them. . Ironically to see many of our older supporters do this in a peaceful but purposeful manner would send out a more powerful message than a handful of angry yobs out for personal gratification , especially in front of TV cameras. The problem is it's simply not as easy to get pitch side as it was 20 years ago, and of course, you can never legislate for individuals who want to speak with their fists.

We've left it too late now . Should have happened when we were still getting 15,000 in the Championship.

On a personal note I would suggest no one tried to get onto the pitch. It's a criminal offence, at least a three year ban and unless fully supported will achieve very little.
The club are probably expecting such acts and will have extra stewards working to stop this happening, we know extra police will be at the game but that's mainly to cover the 1,000+ Sheffield fans expected.

To rid our club of the owners is a war not a battle and we all have our own views of how to eventually achieve this goal. Our club is slowly dying and our fan base leaving in droves, I know I am not in the minority is seeking changes and I am not going to give up without being part of the fight to save our City.

I would ask anyone thinking of going onto the pitch to seriously think again, there are other ways of making a statement.

If sbt/nopm/jhw/or whoever is resigning or being appointed Sky Blue saint saviour of the week, were anything more than good enough to finance a 4 foot flag, we'd have £2000 to spend on pink pigs to throw on the pitch , Sheffield could throw some too and claim to be heroes too

This is why I'm so reluctant to boycott/march/attend funerals! It's not because I'm a SISU Sympathiser, it's the lack of any proof from the ppl organising it that it will work and why it will work and then the barrage of abuse you receive for querying things!

I.e.
Fight like Jimmy Hill: Everybody boycott this game!
Me: Why, I've already paid for a season ticket! SISU already have my money!
FLJH: Because if you don't, your a c**t.
Me: Oh, ok then, that's a very valid reason!
