Its pretty clear something needs to change at the top of our club. Its also pretty clear that there only seems to be one interested party. The rumoured details of the bid are, 10 million for players, 10 million to cover ongoing losses, 10 million to buy the option to purchase the stake in ACL.

The 10 million for players, we know would go a hell of a long way to upping the quality and bodies in the squad, which would be good news for all. Hopefully with some shrewd buys we would first of all guarentee safety and then even push on to compete at the sharp end.

Now here comes the potential negatives, 10 million to cover ongoing losses, ok so thats a couple of seasons possibly a bit longer with current staffing levels however we know players would come in so potentially losses would increase (unless there is a quick turnaround in our on pitch fortunes)

The final 10 million it seems is to purchase the right to buy the CL stake not the stake itself, so where does that money come from? and what happens when this amount of money runs out?

Before anybody flies off in a rage at me I am behind the bid I think, I certainly think it would be better for the club in the short term, I am just still slightly concerned about the long term as we all should be.

the proposed bid

Come Come now SISU how thick is your skin, why not accept the fact that you are not at all either well received, or wanted by Coventry City fans, your initial foray may have been with all good intention to make the 'proverbial' quick buck, but in any business you have to 'speculate to accumulate' which you clearly have not done, please stop trying to take from OUR CLUB what you never intended to put in

"Speculate to accumulate" I have said this before, there came a time while yes it was good to hear we were being run in the correct way (supposedly) however that certainly does not get points on the board, and while we were doing that other clubs were speculating....
