Whether SISU get the Ricoh on the cheap, or actually build a new stadium such will be the indebtness of CCFC I do not believe that there will be any bids for club to a level that will enable SISU to make the "return on their investment" that they want.
Perhaps more likely is that SISU will secure the Ricoh, or build a new ground and then task the club with paying management fees, interest payments and rent at a high level in order to extract their return over a longer period.
It will not end well for CCFC.

That would clearly say the club belongs in Coventry. People turning up on the hill outside Sixfields for some could be simply be perceived that fans just don't want to give Sisu any money and want to see some of the game for free.

You're already supporting a Phoenix Club. The CCFC that won the FA Cup and had the history rested in Coventry City (Holdings) Ltd through itself or CCFC Ltd. With CCFC Ltd going into liquidation and Holdings now being run down / struck off (if that happens) the fact is you're already supporting a Phoenix Club.

Otium has no history of being Coventry City Football Club. They were allowed to buy the branding rights and a few assets from the club with Football League approval and were given the Football League golden share. That doen't make them Coventry City. Due to money and the status of CCFC when it went into administration, Otium start up in the third tier of the Football League. How lucky are they?

To be honest I am really struggling with the current situation. I want to support the club but the club I followed for 40 years was tossed aside by SISU in favour of 'branding rights and a new startup'. I do understand fans feelings either way. But 'historic' Coventry City has gone. That's a fact.
