Just watched Manchester United 2 Manchester City 0.
Great game with two very talented teams.
Yes, when two good teams play each other they do tend to cancel each other out.
But the skill levels on display from both teams (with the exception of the Man City GK) were amazing.
What is really exciting is the crop of talented young English players on display
Brandon Williams, Mason Greenwood, Phil Foden, Daniel James (born in England but chose to play for Wales), Scott McTominay (born in England but chose to play for Scotland).
So no, the Premier League is not garbage.
Perhaps missing some of the flamboyant stars of yesteryear, but still very worth watching.

The PL is still shite, it was a non spectacle, barely any shots on target. Man United 12 points behind in city in the league yet will get the same Champions League qualification as this rate.
The league is a joke and just a feeder for the aforementioned tournament. The English game at the top level has whored itself to become this.

Completely agree. The game was absolute shite. United just sat back and defended. City were slow and lethargic.

Born in Hull, so English as stated. Another defector.
Made a few mistakes so you could feel good about yourselves by pointing them out.
I corrected my post.

Yeah I noticed that. Just lump it in the box. They should maybe take note of Mr Robins' tactics.

All goals shockers, especially the defending for second one.
