Only what I've heard, usually a good source as he knows people connected to the club. If I was them watching him this season I'd be backing out ASAP. It might however explain some of his lacklustre performances

The new pitch will allow the club to pursue January player targets in line with Steven Pressley’s preferred style of play.
Pressley "Can you go 90 minutes without going into our opponents penalty area and play like you don't give two flying fucks ? "
Player "Yes"
Pressley "You're hired for a year "

Yeah a bit like that, it's only what I've been told though and he could be wrong but he's usually very reliable and always gets good gossip from what's going on at the club.

If only these two people can know I would rather nobody knew as it's almost the same!

Can somebody help me on the SCG who the hell are they and who appointed them as fans reps we seem to have so many groups I can't keep up?

Nine out and seven in let's see on that one and will the ones in be on loan and short term deals to the end of the season?

How convenient! It's almost like it's a load of BS as usual.

Wasn't sure who Peter Ward was so googled him and got this report from the CT "Peter Ward ... who has previously been reported stating he believes Sisu are acting in the best interests of the football club" and of course it's been documented before that Jonathan Strange resigned as chair of the LSG when they proposed to not attend Sixfields. Seems that two people who could very much be labelled 'pro SISU' have been selected and will now hide behind confidentiality to avoid reporting back to the very people they are supposed to be representing.

Yes funny that didn't they have a meeting yesterday?
Couldn't we have a reply from the SCG as surly they have been briefed on what went on???

Then again won't hold my breath.

Fleck and Forest rumour was indeed a rumour earlier in the summer.... never materialized... Forest themselves even came out and said it was only rumour.

What's funny? In May 2013, we were told by Fisher that he expected the purchase of land to be completed in 'three to four weeks'. We were assured that a suitable site was 'to be found in time for June's meeting with Football League'.

Now 18 months later, after much buggering about, litigation and Judicial Review condemnation of SISU's actions; we're further away than ever, and a rugby club, originally from London have effective control over the place CCFC plays football. A new stadium is further away that peace in the Middle East. And you've had a 'good laugh'. You're either a WUM, or posting from an institutionalised environment

I would think messrs Ward and Strange will not have told anyone where the site preferred is, including the SCG who they are supposed to be reporting to. "we know but we cant/wont tell you". Why discuss it at all if the representatives can not report back or provide any substance to it.

Still don't quite understand who Ward and Strange think they represent and how though to be honest

Quite absurd really .............whats the point of having representation if the fans cant know the result of that representation........ but it does mean they (laurel & hardy) get the flack for a while not TF or SW or SISU :thinking about:

If the scheme is still on going why was Garlicks little group wound down in to the SCG?

Which would be fine if the "fans" on the board were trusted by fans and were actually representing us, however when 2 SISU puppets are allowed in, have their strings pulled and come out telling us it smells of roses in there it's all completely meaningless. If someone smart, honest, trustworthy, informed and able to see through spin and bullshit like OSB was given a place on the board and came out saying he'd been convinced then it would mean something.

Yes funny that for a pair of fans who apparently have the CCFC fans best interest at heart..

If they said it is confidential, they in turn should tell the board to shove it not worth the time.

So bottom line is after 2 years they still have not got any where, and because of that can not actually detail a viable way forward.

Think they've missed a trick in not trawling through the extensive fan database and not finding a Mr Norrell to join Jonathan Strange at these meetings to be honest.

In fairness mate he does pretty well. I mean have you tried typing in a strait-jacket? It's hell on your nose, capitalisation is particularly tricky, and Ctrl+Alt+Del is a total non-starter...

Just to be clear the rest of the SCG - which currently includes the Sky Blue Trust - have NOT been informed by Mr Strange and Mr Ward of the details of the board meeting which they were at representing the SCG. The Trust is not with holding the information - we, along with other SCG members, have simply not been told. Maybe something will be issued to fellow members but at last night SCG meeting all Mr Strange would say was that a statement would be issued by the club today - didn't go down well with some in attendance, especially those who had travelled long distances to be told that!

Forgive him for Fade to Grey though.

I'm not sure what purpose of these 2 attending this meeting serves if they aren't able to share information with the fans. It is not interacting with the fans or keeping them informed if information doesn't flow freely.
Is this the same Jonathan Strange who had a "colourful" way of dealing with a newspaper article that insulted the Sky Blues some years back?

So, Wasps and CCC hiding behind confidentiality is OK and understandable, but not the club?

At this stage people aren't asking SISU for commercial details they just want to know where this alleged new stadium is! You can look up hundreds of clubs proposed new stadiums, some that ended up happening and many who didn't, and find out the proposed location for all of them. I can tell you 3 locations Pompey have planned to move to. How come every other club can give such details to their fans but ours can't?

Theres a difference.
CCC/Wasps are keeping the details of a deal confidential while it is completed.
Sisu are keeping quiet because they have nothing going on but they need to make people believe they have.

Anyone who thinks Sisu have the money to build a new stadium after continuously year after year making our playing budget smaller and cost cutting throughout from top to bottom are just as delusional as Fisher.

Lets hope it's the club flexing their muscles in trying to get a good long term deal at the Ricoh.
Unfortunately everybody, including Wasps, know it's Sisu talk only.

As soon as a stadium site is known it will be leaked. It's not difficult to do.

How can these people consider to represent myself or the other fans of this club that are constantly lied by the sham management that they are getting in to bed with? I did not vote for them, I do not know them and they do not know me, but they think they are speaking for me. Any body heard of a book called 1984? This is utter bollocks, Jan, I hope you and other members of the Trust can protest in the strongest terms allowable! Sisu are trying to run everything through dictatorship, I think its time for NOPM again and starve these rancid scumbags out of our club.
