Safe to say the technique used these days is more humane I believe

Wingy Grendel usually takes a thread off track because he doesn't like the point the thread is making. Yet he can't argue against it as its a very good point so he introduces a different topic usually a controversial one and hey presto the original valid point is lost.
You however are a completely different kettle of fish!
What are the chances that a member this forum was actually paid for chopping off pigs gonads !!!!

The pigs actually did look good.

Don't agree too much with the stopping of the game, but it was thinking outside the box which will get attention (if thats the aim) over holding up a sign on 3 minutes etc.

So our most successful protest was tagging along with one organized by Charlton's fans? Says it all really.

Yeah sorry for the sidetrack
It's just my reaction to today on most threads
Just trying to bring a bit of humour in the face of all the adversity
Didn't get a lot dongonzalos
Used to have to drop my clothes outside the back door before being allowed in at teatime

We need the humour in fairness. Like that American thread the other week.

Makes a nice change to have a thread or 2 without the usual stuff and a bit of silliness.

We're a side note, all the discussion on national radio was about Charlton with Coventry as a footnote.

But TBF it's seems to be a resounding success.

Thing is, Charlton fans will be coming up here to protest with us. Will we be able to get similar or better numbers marching and protesting outside the Ricoh, don't think so. Will we do anything as well organised inside the ground, We'll see. We have until April to sort something with them. Anyway, bring on the march and boycott Saturday.

Our most effective protest was probably the why/when protest at Arsenal. To create awareness and a photo opportunity the protests need to be inside the ground.
