This just stinks whichever way you look at it. This stadium was built for us and thanks to the council and Sisu we're not getting the pie money or anything other than the ticket sales. I don't want to sound all negative but I'm having difficulty seeing any positives in all this except if Wasps dramatically improve the quality of the food and drink on offer.
Sorry can't think of a horse based pun to go here.

I don't pretend to understand all this, however Somebody told me that compass see the F&B at the Ricoh as small feed and it hardly features on their radar. I know its somebody who know somebody etc etc etc.

I wonder if we ever spoke to them about purchasing their share?

It will be small feed, but as far as I'm aware, it's all part of the 'events' contract. Given that they announced the deal was worth £125m over 10 years, F&B's is small fry.

One aspect where the City through CCC may benefit Is If ACL becomes profitable to the tune of Circa £3M as I believe there Is then a superate levied ,do not know Its Value

however .

The CCC already benefit due to the whole Development around the project ,Including retail to the tune of £1M LAGBI money.

There Is a fair likely hood that the CCC may benefit more now by not owning a stake .

While they have been Involved the RICOH has never been very Profitable and all money re-Invested .

However the likely hood under Wasps Is It could generate a significant Improvement on profit ,should this exceed circa £3M ,CCC are able to

charge a Super-rate (do not know the value of that ).

They already gain £1M of LAGBI money due to the entire development IIRC.

The club do benefit from match day F&B sales.

From Fisher 'TF: First, Chris Robinson (ACL Chairman) is somebody we can do business with and who understands football. He understands our need to generate as much revenue as possible to put on the pitch. Commercial deal for club is good. Secondly we need to look at pricing because average F&B spend is less than £2 per person on matchday and also encourage fans to use the concourse. The commercial deal gives us incentive to drive business to the concourse. We feel we’re in a position to take all ideas and suggestions from supporters and take them to ACL to look at interim solutions'.
