Sisu have spent the last 8 years trying to drive down costs and get spending under control REGARDLESS of where that takes us (and who knows where its going) so we must take back control of there Income by total blanket ban of paying for anything in advance , no season tickets , no match day tickets , nothing , that way they will not know how to police/steward a game or staff a game , to few staff and they could have big problems , to many staff and its dead money (like what they have been trying to save the last few years), Also people who are boycotting could pick random matches and attend sisu would have no idea on crowd size , and if they did cut to a level so tight that the team was suffering even more , people could all turn up meaning, more police and stewards, meaning Fisher and Sepla would get tired up with more meetings,Tticket Master would not be happy if everyone turned up for pay on the gate, in all businesses there is a tipping point , lets find it

So if we don't buy ST and just pay on the gate, the revenue would technically increase as the tickets are more expensive but costs would drop when there are lower overheads?

SISU will only go when the club is saleable, i.e. It is profit making. It may be counterintuitive to some but filling the Ricoh is more likely to succeed than emptying it.

Id ask you to explain but you would just vanish. Especially as you threw the usual bit in making out other people are thick.

How about you explain why they are not the same? I expect a minimum of 1500 words and I want it on my desk by the morning. Please use the Harvard style of referencing and all work must be original.

You can hide behind a set of accounts as much as you like but to pretend they are not one and the same is ridiculous. Joy is as much to CCFC as she is to SISU. She controls both and she would ultimately benefit from selling both.

We aren't CCFC though are we?

I mean of we all turned up at the Memorial or Butts Park and demanded whoever CCFC were playing on the fixture list should turn up and give us a game no one would give a shit.

All this sorry debacle has done is highlight how much this is a multi million pound business mascquerading as a community organisation.

We might look like to think we are CCFC, but we aren't legally or in the eyes of the FA, Otium Entertainment is.

We can quite literally like it or lump it.

They have 100% control and can do whatever they like to it (this has been demonstrated in magnificent fashion during their time here) How is it not their club?

Sisu control otium t/a Ccfc. However otium is not part of Sisu.

If Sisu walked away then yes Ccfc still exists

The club has its own staff etc that have no link at all to Sisu.

Fisher likes to make the point they are entirely separate. The reality is that Sisu has final say on the big decisions and control the loans etc. As it stands Ccfc are at the whim of Seppala. However Sisu are not at the whim of Ccfc. They are linked because of the control exerted but they are not the same entity

Yes its rather convoluted but none the less SISU are the controllers and our jailers.
Its the fat controller we need to get rid of all the same.
I'm not convinced that starving the club of our cash is going to be effective in ridding us of SISU's control and risk depleting CCFC further.

No pretence pal. It's a legal fact. No hiding behind anything.

Control does not make them the same entity. Fact.

Can one exist without the other ? Yes

Indeed Sisu do not actually own any shares in sbs&l or otium.

Any capital loss or profit is the investors not Sisu or Seppala

Ccfc is not entitled to any of the Sisu assets or income or responsible for its debts.

More importantly Sisu have no right to the Ccfc income or assets or is liable for its debts.

You are making the incorrect assumption that control creates a single entity it doesn't.

I don't disagree who controls Ccfc but legally, financially in reality there is no definition that makes them the same entity

You make a statement of fact, use disparaging terms and frankly offer no actual evidence to support your assertion.

Define why they are and prove it. Don't comeback with same control it does not make them the same on any level. Hard concept for you to understand perhaps but I have no doubts about my assertion. Separate entities

I used to think like that and it's a nice thought, but reals above feels and the reality is we have no power short of a new club and we saw how well received that was.

Do agree that post hypothetical liquidation we could reclaim the club though. Problem is: who controls whether we go into liquidation? Sisu.

I am not my car or my house or any other of my possessions (pause for brief Fight Club interlude), but I have total control over them and no one else outside the legal system can take them away from me.

A very good friend of mine, whose memory i hold most dearly, is unfortunately no longer with us,
said to me that he was in a meeting where JS was present, & he told me that she had said, 'unless i get my way 100 % i will liquidate this club',
at the time of him telling me this, i was suitably dismayed, however, at the time, he asked me to 'keep it under my hat'.
I have until now honoured his request, if what he said to me was so, & I have absolutely no reason to doubt him, I would hope the full weight of true reason should fall upon JS & sisu.
I am nothing more than a CCFC fan, & I want nothing more than OUR CLUB, to succeed,
however under the current regime i feel this is light years away.

The trouble is you have people arguing about whether CCFC is linked to SISU legally, morally, financially and even who owns the club at 'heart' all on one thread. Clearly 'pal' they are different companies but if you want to feed the whole idea that buying a product from CCFC isn't going to benefit SISU and Joy, you keep spouting your 'facts'.

I have come to the conclusion that I need to change the things I can, accept those I can't and learn to discern the difference between the two. Anything else is disastrous. Coveys seven habits of highly effective individuals.

Nothing I do about going or not going will affect Sisus decision on whether to sell up or not. That's the truth absolutely sure of it.

Therefore I can choose to campaign against their tenure and support my football club in the only way I know that means anything. I go and watch them with my father in law and my son. Or I can stop following football and find something else to do. Those are my choices. But let's not kid ourselves that there is any moral high ground here.

I understand what you are saying. As much as I am annoyed at what is happening to my club I'm just as annoyed at seeing good people from my city being taken advantage of. I don't like seeing 8000 people spending hard earned money and getting absolutely nothing in return.

I don't get nothing. I have memories and sharing a hobby and identity with my son and father in law is priceless. When we score it's still great, when we win it puts a huge smile on my face. It's football it's in the blood it's part of who I am

Although I have had no concrete evidence of this, it is also the impression I get. I simply cannot agree to help fund a business owned by someone who is prepared to say that. Maybe I'm just not that 'hardcore' of a fan although I prefer to think that it is because I have pride in the fact I won't be strung along by anyone, CCFC or not.

Agree with this 100%. The issue with SISU is a moral one that transcends football.

I'm certain that we have worst owners in the country and despair at how many are willing to stomach being treated with such contempt.
