Now it is a key possession. Need a three and out from the Giants.

Think if they score again it will be game over. Only about 6 mins now, so the last thing we need now is a long drive from the Giants. Think that will kill the game.

Three and out or field goal at the most.

Atlanta winning handsomely has pretty much eliminated any drama for me, it's going to be the loser of Green Bay vs Detroit at home in the playoffs. Green Bay are favourites and the team to avoid, so Detroit will probably end up winning now.

GB definitely the team to avoid.

Oh shit, if Washington win they're through and the Packers/Lions game is proper knockout isn't it? Drama back on!

Yep.

Even though I am a Skins fan, I do want to watch the GB Detroit game and want something on it, not just the division title.

Perfect for me if Skins win, so it is a knockout in the next game coming up. Will give an extra edge.

Rooting for Washington now to make the later game real juicy. Wilson benched and 49ers have pulled it back to a single possession, they might actually win it now as everyone's being wrapped in cotton wool for the playoffs.

Oh bum.

Had a feeling he was going to throw another interception.

Shouldn't have taken that time out!!! Would have still had three and a chance.

Ah, that'll probably do it.

Didn't deserve to win after being so very poor in the first half.

Had the Skins shown the same amount of spirit and drive in the first half that they did in the second they probably would have won.

Big question marks for me over Cousins, Hopkins, the kicker, Rob Kelley, who I feel is just a grind up the middle RB without flair and also of Gruden himself.

Some bad calls out there tonight.

Skins' defence just hasn't been good enough all year. Needs addressing.

Now rooting for the Pats.

Will back the Packers tonight.

Other teams I quite like are Miami and Atlanta out of the teams left in the play offs.

Don't like Dallas at all. Hoping they fail miserably.

Can't stand the Giants, well really can't stand Manning or his brother.

But the team I hate the most are the Panthers

Yes, ditto.

I don't like the Giants either, but as they are also in the NFC East they are down the pecking order of hate.

I really dislike the Cowboys and the team America tag, but I also dislike the Eagles, so Giants are third in that hate table.

I don't like Carolina at all. Just something about them and a touch of arrogance.

I like the Saints, who are always good for a shootout and I like Tampa and the Bills.

Some teams I don't mind at all.

Don't like Carolina because of Newton.

I think after watching lots of games over the years there are still some teams I have seen rarely or maybe never Bengals and the Browns are rarely on.

Unlucky lads. Tough defeat to take. I think skins were very poor bar a period in 2nd half and choked.

So happy o dont have to worry tonight about not making playoffs. But still want to win and keep momentum

Althoigj seahawks be easier than giants i imagine. But thrb its the lambeau fiels factor...

Some of Aaron Rogers escapes and scrambling last night were different class.

Detroit at home, Dallas away and then home again unless Atlanta win. It's not impossible but with such an injury list I feel booking the Monday off for the conference finals and superbowl was optimistic.

They were. In some games he is simply impossible to play against.

He has everything. The vision, the arm strength, the accuracy, the brain, a nimbleness of the feet and the pace to gain a few yards rushing too.

He's a real general and one of the best QB's around without doubt.

I did say the Packers to beat the Lions and New York to beat the Redskins.

Just felt they would both be too strong and have a better all round game.

Think the Giants are going to be a real force next season and with Dallas very much on the rise, it doesn't look too good for Washington next season in the NFC East.

Philly were expected to do well this season, but failed, so would expect them to up their game too.

Redskins need to strengthen, especially in the defence. Lowly ranked against the rush and the pass this year.

So, who is your tip for the Super Bowl?

I predicted Oakland before, but now they have lost Derrick Carr I don't think they will be a threat.

I think it might well be an Atlanta V New England final.

I would predict the NFC finalist coming from Atlanta, Dallas or Green Bay and the AFC I think only being between the Chiefs and the Pats.

I've got a feeling about Kansas. They came close last year and seem to have carried it on.

Apparently Brady had just had the best TD/INT ratio season by any quarterback ever, and he's approaching 40. Crazy.

Yeah, Chiefs could make it. You have to fancy New England at home though.

I was clearly being sarcastic with the best quarterback in Winconsin. Was just ribbing you.

You also said he was the best QB in the world and I said no way, maybe in the US.

I have always rated him. I would only put Tom Brady ahead of him at the mo.

Just realised a win over Detroit would see a trip to Atlanta rather than Dallas. Possible chance to right the wrong from the same game four years ago, that late FG still burns.
