I think Brady values it more as he was a relatively low draft and knows it could all have been so different. That's why he won't retire whilst his team are still competitive - if anything he'll end up more like Favre and go on too long.

Hence why I'm rooting for the Rams despite that dodgy call. It's just getting dull now (and lets not forget there's been a few instances over the year where the Pats have bent the rules pretty heavily)

Can see Brady carrying on.
You can't watch the Championship game and think he's 41. Stats aren't suffering.

He's never been a QB that's had to rely on being able to move around. As long as he has good protection he can keep going. Actually keeping Gronk important as he's been an outstanding blocker this season.

Asked a colleague, who isn't a big Goff fan, how he feels about a guy who had never taken a snap under centre three years ago going to the Super Bowl. He just said, fine cos he won't win.

How many more years do we think Belichick has left in him? 67 at the start of next season along with Carroll (although Carroll seems more like 47 on the touchline sometimes) he must be close to chucking it in.

It almost seems like B&B are trying to outlast each other so they can have a go at winning it without the other. McDaniels must be hanging around for the HC job and after pulling out of the Colts deal last year and not interviewing for any HC roles this year it seems like he is on a promise in NE.

If NE offensive line can keep Brady safe, then Pats.

If Rams have joy with the pass rush and also get the running game going, Rams.

Hard to say if it's going to be tight.

Could be a blow out for either side, or could be incredibly close.

Will only be able to judge properly when it all unfolds.

If Pats can start at pace - a Belichick special 1st 10-15 plays scripted - then could be close.
Rams need to keep Brady off the field. Got the running game to do it.
Not sure I see it being close. Think one's going to win by 2 scores.
Rams have a big motivation to prove they aren't only there due to a missed call.

Think it was Jason Bell said this could all come down to who has the most possession.

Rams need to keep Brady off the field.

Think Pat experience will see them through unfortunately.
They will establish the run in the first drive and then Brady will get off his quick short gain passes to move the chains. Think he will get the ball off too quick for Donald to have much influence in the game.
Also Pats secondary look hot against the Chiefs can see the controlling this Rams team too.
As I say it’s unfortunate cause I really can’t stand the Pats but just can’t see past them again.

Pats have to stop Gurley. Rams will run a lot to make the play action pass more effective.

Yep. Love it - apart from the halftime circus
Haven't missed a superbowl since the Bears and the fridge 1986

Gotta watch Anderson - basically fresh since hardly played all season and has put up big numbers since he signed.

I don't really want the Rams to win here particularly, but I do want New England to lose. Good start.

Also, Sean McVay being five years younger than me makes me sick.

24 consecutive 3rd down conversions for Edleman in the post season is insane.

Do like a defensive game but a few 2nd half pts would be welcome.
Pats defence a bit of a surprise.
Edelman is an incredible route runner. Love a small WR when the trend has been towards drafting giants.

It would have made my 2019 if Andre 3000 appeared and launched Maroon 5 man into the bin.

Half time show as bad as the Rams’ offense

Love a good double standard. American commentators saying Brady has been poor yet Goff not getting too much stick.
Got 5x more yards than Goff and on for a 300yd+ game albeit Cousins-like ie wrong area of the field.
