The appointment of Ken Dulieu, I believe, can only be to guide SISU smoothly through our coming administration, and minimize SISU´s eventual losses that is why SISU appointed him, he did it at soton and owns a company close to the matter at hand.

SISU´s entire business concept is as we know to buy undervalued companies and turning them around-however when they have failed they seem to go through the courtrooms with looong dragging lawsuits to limit their losses, they have a pretty coldhearted reputation, atleast here in Sweden. Ranson and sisu´s proposed takeover of Malmö FF would have been interresting to them because of a debt that occured when Malmö ff built their new arena , which they OWN, the debt were 3 million pounds reportedly.

Why would SISU snoop around Malmö a month before the shit hits the fan at ccfc?

They WILL leave ccfc high n dry, they dont care-no emotions that´s their business concept AND THE REASON why they´ve kept a low profile all these years- nobody really knows who they are......Just a four letter name to blame, you don´t think they´ve done this before? It´s all a business decision, their gamble didn´t work so they will drop us now to cut eventual future losses as said they´ve done this many, many times before with other companies the money they stand to loose was a calculated risk it´s no big deal to them. Unfortunatley it is to us.

Anyways a little info on Dulieu and his company-

"A resident of Portugal, he is the founder and Chairman of Capcon Holdings plc which carries out corporate investigations, business intelligence gathering, research and audit services. He is also a Non Executive Director of Vantis plc, an accountancy and financial services business. Both of these companies are quoted on the Alternative Investment Market. Prior to this he was founder and Chief Executive of Capitol Group plc, a security business that was fully quoted on the London Stock Exchange. He was appointed as non-executive chairman of the Southampton Leisure Holdings plc in July 2006 but was soon given an executive role."

The most accurate post I've read concerning SISU, hitman - and to think they were sending us weekly begging emails asking us to renew our season tickets. Derrick Robins must be turning in his grave - first Richardson and now this shower.
