So you advocate the club and stadium should both be owned by SBS&L?

I want what is best for the future of our club. Show me the finer details of any deal and I will tell you if it is good for the future of our club.

I am not part of any group that says SISU in/SISU out. I am not part of saying CCC good/CCC bad. I know what has gone on so far. I know where our football club needs to be. I know that SISU need our backing. But they won't get it blindly from me. I don't trust them from what has happened so far. I am willing to forgive. I will never forget though.

So anyone that Grendel picks on at any certain time and posts back replies to him is a blithering idiot?

I think you'll find there's not many NOPM supporters

Will give as much money to the club as I possibly can, and was so happy they got over £1 million or so for LC and Arsenal, just a shame none of it goes towards helping the club progress

I beg to differ. I said I don't want the club to suffer, and support them as much as I can. Although not as much as the super fans

An that old chestnut eh? I will drop it now. You lied and are clearly embarrassed and ashamed about it.

Fair enough.

Allow me to engage you, the almighty one, in a simple q and a. What are you hoping the outcome of the JR will be? Genuine question, and as we are on a debating forum, I assume you'd have no problem with giving a reply.

Nothing will happen that will effect a change to our current situation regarding who wins.

I have already stated its unlikely sisu will prove the case sufficiently to gain a positiive outcome.

So say CCC "win", what next in the sisu master plan? They push on with the new stadium or go cap in hand to CCC?

If sisu were to win, do you think they will get a share in the Ricoh? In any way I mean, not necessarily freehold etc.

If the council win its bye bye to us. Probay after one season at Sixfields if its sisu winning can't see much changing then either.

As long as City return to the Ricoh then I don't care who "wins". I also don't care who is a casualty of a return whether that be SISU, ACL, PWKH, Lucas, Fisher, Councillors. None of them care for CCFC. If the Council "win" and it hastens our return then great. If it's SISU and we return then again, great.

If a result either way means that the two sides finally talk and we return, then again it will be good news.

Am I the only one who doesn't see any "positive" outcome for the club regardless of who wins the JR?

The way I see it panning out is:

Council win: Sisu will try and appeal (if that is possible for a JR?), but will then walk away and administration/liquidation will follow.

Sisu win: ACL will be forced to return the money to CCC, at which point they will have to look for an alternative lender. If that is not possible CCC will re-invest back into ACL through ways that do not contravene state aid laws. Sisu would however start legal proceedings against CCC for loss of income etc. I could then see them taking the compensation and leaving the club. Administration/liquidation would follow.

The only way the club will still exist in 5 years time is if it is at the Ricoh IMO, and the JR does not seem to be an avenue to achieving that.

Let's be honest, it seems we've been on life support since we went down with Joy. Don't think of it as the plug being pulled, think of it as 3 years of life support while she sorted your will out.

Interesting, you think the same as me then?

Admin rather than liquidation I assume? Even I can't see how liquidation would be advantageous, but I don't know company law like Sisu think they do.
