I personally think we are crying out for a new central midfielder, Thomas and fleck just aren't effective enough to provide a link between defence and attack, the one good ball in five just doesn't cut it. They never seem to boss games or really impose themselves which leaves us so 1 dimensional.

I agree, I think Fleck, O'Brien and Thomas are similar players. All seem to be happy to play the game in the centre circle and don't break forward enough.

thomas played very well last night and we dont look same team when flecks not on pitch

but i agree we need to add in january. coubilaly needs to be outwide, swanson too i guess.
