Yeah - he's going through one of his Facebook phases at the moment, poking and updating status every 20 minutes or so. Probably explains why you go nowhere with Twitter.

Looking at the videos and pictures from my corner of Scotland I feel gutted not to have been able to go but also happy for everybody who did. Should've had your daughter up singing as well!

Who is the bloke at the front shouting the speech down?
Also not applauding and crossing his arms.

The guy seems to be enjoying his new found "fame" a bit too much. Witnessed him asking a random bloke pushing a pram if he wanted his kid photographed with him cos "I'm a legend, I'm the bloke who went on the pitch at Arsenal".

Yeah I spoke to a few people yesterday who were frustrated with Alan Howe's speech on the Green, as they believed it didn't relate to what the day was for.

They were correct in a way, Alan Howe was promoting Sisu Out, yet while that is perfectly fine, 98% of people were there because they want Coventry to return to the Ricoh Arena.

How come he got to do a speech? Have heard things about him thinking he is a hero in the past but never met the bloke to really comment.

I don't think it was planned, Alan is obviously passionate in what he believes in and it got him the microphone after the Sunshine band had finished one of their songs.

I think the main issue people had was that Alan was only there at resentment of Sisu and not to highlight the issue of the day.

That makes more sense, I thought it was the band going off on one. Cringing.

That's one of the great tragedies of this whole thing, for me at least. Even with the occasional match this year, she's found new things and almost forgotten her Sky Blues!
