In manager it should also say no-one. No-one of any use anyway.

Not his fault, KD....not even Ferguson or Wenger could do a job at CCFC, apparently, according to some.....:claping hands:

If you say otherwise, you know nothing about football....according to that footballing legend and respected scribe, Stuart 'up AT's arse' Linnell....

I think after 58 games, KD and many others have enough insight into the ability of our manager in terms of tactical and motivational nous.

Your argument to support AT? What has he done....focussing on factors he can affect?

Like it CCFCway!

Agreed, the midweek home games will bring home the reality of how far we have sunk thanks to SISU, the management and a core of senior pros, who seem to not give a toss.

Or the Special One. Also I agree on linnel. I noticed he kept saying this at the end of the season. I suspect it was a pathetic attempt to get some debate going. It failed because no one could be bothered to argue with the sycophant. That programme has fell of a cliff since he came back.

He's as good a broadcaster as his new found chum is a football manager.

Agreed, KD.

Talk about not wanting to offend AT....as though it will gain any favour???

OK, give AT some praise (if you are clever enough at twisting such overwhelming stats and facts), but to state that 'Anyone who says that AT is not a good manager knows nothing about football', was a totally ridiculous comment, which meant that any credibility he had was totally gone.

Anyway, what footballing credentials has Linell got to make such statements? apart from being a DJ and watching games for free.....:jerkit:

Bad news for AT...one less scapegoat.

However, with his FA badges sown onto his tracksuit, he can take some responsibility for training now, I suppose.

Yes, leave AT alone...what has he done to deserve such abuse...apart from win 9 games from 48, accept mediocrity from the senior players, show an alarming lack of tactcial know-how, clearly fail to motivate the players, employ a diamond formation which the vast majority of footballing experts confirm is flawed, fail to criticise SISU until he was about to recieve some flak, has been gullible to confirm his belief in SISU's 'commitment' to CCFC. etc...

Well said, Sy Blue John, this Thorn bashing is boring and predictable...a bit like the garbage he got his players to serve up last season...I mean, fancy the paying, loyal fans having the audacity to criticise the Great Man.....

Cheever remember if the Special One, Wenger, Sir Alex all together managed the club last season they could not have worked the miracles that Thorn did. I gather he is now learning Dutch. After their Euro exit they are looking for a footballing genius to bring back the glory days. His day has come.

Good points, KD...but why are fans still 'bashing' AT???

I mean, the evidence must surely lead to the unfurling of an 'In AT we Trust banner'...with a picture of his mush on it???

If nothing else, that will cover a couple of thousand empty seats....

Even if you don't like him, you're going to have to put up with him, so you may as well get behind him. We can't expect him to be a top-class manager because A) He's not and B) We can't afford one.
