i dont mind the panto behaviour
It certainly didnt make O hare play well, and in Hamer we saw what we knew (and what we now miss)
1 more season from him and gyokores would have taken us to the premier league but, they out-grew us
If anything we underperformed in the play off season - let down by the council and wasps at the beginning , but also how much of that were we using as an excuse for the poor performances

It's weird. I get doing it afterwards, but not during the game when they're on the attack. I reckon some do it for some weird kind of supporter points. Log onto the opposition forum and get a warm glow when they read, "Coventry fans were great today, they applauded so-and-so".

I will warmly clap a former player after the game, like we did with Maddison and like we did with Fadz at Blackburn for those that were there, but during the game? Never. It's odd behaviour

didn’t hurt anyone did it, cov fans slating their own fans for Doing it is more strange,

Encouraging an opposition player when he's about to take an attacking corner that could lead to a goal is even stranger.

Those who clapped him would probably have celebrated.

Seeing that many cucks in one place can be distracting.

No he didn't, I mean that's why Robins came out and said Gus said on the coach home after the play off final he wanted to leave

The bloke wanted to leave the second we didn't go up, confirmed by Robins, and the first prem offer that came in he jumped at it

People like his arse because he came back to watch a game

So did he string us along or not?

He made us 14 Million so good on him.
As said previously.
Clap him during the game - wankers.
Clap him at the end - wankers.
Don't Clap him - walkers.
Suppose we are all walkers then.

And yes I am not embarrassed to say I clapped him, never booed Ohare though.
Get over it.

During the Gus love in when the majority of the ground stood up and applauded when he was subbed-nobody really noticed Eccles was subbed at the same time!

Probably the single most nauseating moment I've ever experienced as a fan

There is a time and place for it.

While he's about to take a corner, potentially leading to a goal against us, and you've got a good few thousand people trying to take his cock in their mouth is an absolute loser mentality in my view.

There's a time and place for showing appreciation. That wasn't it

Totally agree. Once the match has ended it's fine, not at at any other time.
