Did that French trialist who played a game last week feature in the Derby game ? Was told today he impressed in his trial game and we are still monitoring him. I know Farndon didn’t publically go overboard about him but that means nothing really does it.

Pretty sure I saw him come in with another bloke (agent / dad?) and sit just in front of the commentators bit.

I would expect Robins to bring 2 more strikers in. If Chaplin is one and the French striker the other then that will be good back up. At least Max and Andreu are hear to help settle him in.

If he attended last nights match as a mere spectator thats interesting, unless he was yearning to see the bright lights of Nuneaton !

Wonder if he will feature Saturday as a final test?

Trials can be funny. I remember City always played Peter Ndlovu's brother in reserve games. They knew Peter was special and didn't want other clubs becoming aware. The assumption was the brother was the better of the two?

Anybody think we will go for the Wolves winger?

Don't think he said he had a bad attitude. Said he was sulky like all Frenchmen (or something along those lines).

Couldn’t get more sulky than Eric Cantona or Nicholas Anelka a tenth of their ability would do me

Throughout my whole life Ive had my first
name misspelt and family name mispelt and wrongly prononced. Its even more
annoying when you provide official documents.Last two jobs in UK that happened, but not on continent.
Spelling and pronouncing a persons name is very important.

I have a special interest in Nicolas being spelt correctly!!!!

Ive never had anyone on the continent mispelling or mispronouncing my first or family name. That includes Germany.

Yes the UK is truly great .
