If the FL have allowed Sisu to transfer the golden share and player contracts from CCFC to CCFCH they are complicit in this sham. The rental agreement had to be held with the other 2 assets, why the change? Or, have Sisu been economical with the truth?

Or maybe they believe that the club is right in our dispute with ACL?

Remember they are not obsessed with hatred for sisu.

Was just asking myself this question,so glad you've ventured it,there must be a legal query to this.

CCFCH has existed for years and I'm fairly certain that it held the golden share prior to this, as well as the contracts.

Maybe the FL didn't fully realise the implications.

Who is to say it wasn't done a while back ? Personally i can't see the FL going along with this . The only thing going for us is that every bill (except the obvious) is being paid as normal. ACL are not the tax man or a football creditor so maybe the league may take pity.
Southampton were not paying any bills at all so it was a different scenario .
Would SISU have done this without exploring the issue with southampton ? Time will tell !

I'llbet this happened months ago, they may be horrible people but far from mugs and non payment never appeared to worry them. Probably waiting for this and wondered why it took so long.

Of course they are far from mugs, and I imagine they thrive in these sorts of legal battles. Most of the individuals consumed by hatred were writing them off as stupid and clueless, forgetting the fact that these people, whether you agree with their ethics or not, are highly successful in what they do and therefore have too much money.

it is not about hate for anybody. The FL appear to have been duped. They require that player contracts, the golden share and the agreement that shows proof of the tenure at the stated ground are held by the same entity. If they have allowed this split, they are complicit in financial chicanery. Not what you would expect from a governing body!

Indeed. That's why the whole ARVO charge was such a big deal when OSB discovered it existed. It gave Sisu what they believe is an insurance policy to take the risk. One might say they "hedged" their bets. We'll have to see what others, such as the Football League, make of this.

I can't believe they have and also that they would allow CCFC to realise a statement about it before they did.

It is the creation of the legal argument for to get the deferral tomorrow

If they have pulled a flanker it will just mean the FL will change the rules again to ensure it doesn't happen again . Remember Fester went into admin wiped all their debts and faced no sanctions at all , it was only then the FL changed the rules.

Just a question why do CCFCH accounts show them as paying the rent and having the lease liability both as an individual company and as a sub group of SBS&L?

If the contracts for players were always supposed to be linked to the golden share why is it that CCFC limited have always paid the wages not CCFC H

clearly something has changed....... only real questions are when and who knew

If it is in the last published accounts that would mean it has changed in the last year, no? I suppose that might be evidence put before the judge today...

The principle that we should have a better rent deal is correct but the disgusting way that SISU have gone about this is a disgrace and the direct reason that our club could be out of business very soon. Get a reality check.

I'd guess that the lease agreement would've changed when they disputed paying the rent? If they're not paying it why have that agreement in the company (CCFCH) ?? This is what the court hearing is about.
