I have emailed the Football League raising several concerns -- one of which I have just emailed to them. Would you do the same ?
I pointed out that IF they granted the Golden Share to SISU they would be condoning SISU's actions in renaging on it's lease with ACL (agreeing with SISU's actions in walking away) in order to play elsewhere and breaking a LEGAL agreement when ACL is still prepared to re-negotiate it's lease with them.
I requested the League that to condone SISU's actions in such circumstances should be considered.
