So now ACL have lost any of the rent they are owed and are now throwing money around like confetti at the legal system threatening to sue anything that moves one just has to wonder who will be paying for all this?
The legal bill must be massive already and if it turns out tax payers are bearing the brunt then the council will have a lot to fear over a judicial review. Maybe this is SiSU strategy to get their hands on the ground cheaply?
