I have no idea, do you have any evidence to show they were paid up Labour members? You might want to pass the information you have on to the police.

Do you have an opinion on those, who using your logic are Eagle supporters, who have issued death threats against Corbyn this week?

People in glass houses ...

That aside why have they picked her, she is an appalling candidate.

Her campaign launch was an embarrassing disaster. Then she went on the Sunday Politics and was repeatedly asked to state one policy of hers that was different to Corbyn and couldn't.

She came fourth out of five in the deputy leader election but somehow thinks a few months later she is the person to lead Labour to the promised land.

She'll certainly be hoping nobody looks at her voting record.

Do you really believe the whole thing wasn't co-ordinated and arranged in advance? Her leadership campaign website was registered before the referendum had even taken place!

I have a suspicion they expected to force Corbyn to resign and when he didn't they had to put up or shut up. And here we are, they tried to change the rules to stop Corbyn standing, that didn't work. They've altered the rules on voting, how much impact that will have is unknown.

Not sure I could stand up and keep a straight face saying Corbyn is unelectable while doing my best to ensure the leadership election is stacked against him.

Party is finished regardless. Out of government and out of touch with the people. Their only cards left are the NHS and the failing unions. Can't even have the race card as a joker now after they've been exposed as Jew haters and holocaust deniers.

It's the worrying thing.

Sure, by all means the PLP have the right to be concerned by Corbyn's performance, but they surely realise there's a will for a dynamic left-leaning option, who can hold their own in the basics of, well... talking?

Open your eyes Dave

So which of them were at the forefront of the Brexit campaigns?

Cameron. Cons leader.

Corbyn. Labour leader.

Sturgeon. SNP leader.

Farage. UKIP leader whenever he hasn't resigned.

May. New Cons leader.

Boris. Went for Cons leader.

Leadsom. Went for Cons leader.

Gove. Went for Cons leader.

Eagle. Has gone for Labour leader.

Do you think that they only went for the positions as an afterthought?

And how good were they? Best Leadsom. Always calm. Never once pushed off track. Always got her point across. Worse Eagle. Rubbish at everything but throwing insults. She looks out of her depth just being an MP.

You seem incredibly out of touch. Corbyns policies are of a dinosaur age - he would be rejected massively by the electorate.

You do realise who Corbyn used to campaign manage for don't you? The man dubbed the most dangerous man in Britain who masterminded the most catastrophic period in labours history - until now.

That the worry. Corbyn is just a patsy and the real brain behind this ridiculous Marxist rabble is the Terrorist loving thug John McDonnell - a true national socialist if ever there was one.

The party has been infiltrated by anarchists, zionists and anti Semites.

How you can defend this gruesome racist thuggish duo frankly is beyond me.

They should get on a time machine and go back to Stalingrad where they belong. Except of course they'd be thrown in a Gulag for voicing their opinions and expressing freedom of speech.

If Corbyn stays in and there is a general election I really fear he will win.

There is too many soppy people in my generation (18-30) who think he is politics saving grace. These are the same people giving everyone who voted leave shit and claiming they know everything.

Dramatic maybe, but this wet blanket will destroy our country even more. Supposedly wants open borders too? If that happens, I'm out for sure.

I can't ever see him becoming PM. He has no charisma at all. Labour haven't had a charasmatic leader since Bliar. And they won't get back in until they find someone to pick them up and take them forward.

At least with Corbyn Labour may have an identity that will allow people to make a choice on what they feel is important to them. Right now we have Tory, red Tory and racist Tory.

Whether that is successful is another matter. Labour have to find a way to increase the turnout, and get those that don't vote to vote for them. It may transpire that Corbyn only sets the new direction of the party, and he eventually hands over to someone else to carry on into the future.

Corbyn has many many faults I dislike and I wouldn't vote for him. Some do my reasons include he doesn't sing the national anthem as he believes in a republic. He is very scruffy. He said he wouldn't shoot terrorists. He wants open borders. He was very close to the IRA and it's members. He is a staunch pacifist. He protests at everything. He certainly isn't a leader.

Now all that being said the way this coup has been brought about sickens me and it isn't fair on him. He was elected fairly with other candidates and he won. By hook or by crook he won. That's the end of it. He hasn't been a scandal.

The whole labour movement is a shambles and looking at this eagle woman shows just how much it won't recover. She is no opposition and just a chancer rising off the back of this coup. She again looks scruffy.

The party is finished which is a shame. There has to be someone who represents true labour values and can connect with northern cities and towns. Even people who haven't voted before.

I guess in conclusion what I'm saying is whether corbyn or eagle gets in next either way it's on a loser.

Some of them are in government now? Still, our government mourns the death of King Abdullah, we happily overlook who Saudi Arabia fund in their pursuit of Wahhabism for economic reasons, mainly selling them weapons that eventually might fall into the hands of someone who will use them against us!

I agree with the rest of your post mind!

All I know about him is that he appears deluded.
He is saying that a second referendum should be held to ratify any Brexit deal with the EU. So let's assume the nation rejects it? Do we go back & try to negotiate further...then have another ratification referendum? And another & yet another if necessary? Or if the first is not ratified do we have another referendum on staying in or out?
The Labour party seems hell-bent on being unelectable atm.

She seems to believe she is nailed on next leader because she is a woman. Like that is a prerequisite??! That whole approach devalues the role of Office imo. It suggests that image or perception are the most important thing as the men in grey suits make all the policies & decisions & strategy anyhow.

Hang-on...isn't this that same 'unelected bureaucrats' stuff what started all this in this first place?

This is losing all reality.

We have Jezza who seems to think that he is untouchable. He ignores what most of his colleagues say. Then you have May and Hammond working together trying to bring everything together and sort out all of the crap that comes their way.

Can anyone think of another TV show that British politics should try to emulate next?

Did anyone watch Johanna Baxter from the Labour NEC being interviewed on the news yesterday? She was obviously very upset and reported that private addresses and emails of the committee had been leaked and that enormous pressure and threats had rained down on the committee before the vote on Corbyn. One member who had become subject to particularly vile abuse requested a secret ballot and Corbyn voted against.

While he and McDonnell continue to denounce this behaviour in public - this is their mob. And who leaks the addresses?

at least the Tories have got on with it and appointed a new leader and cabinet by now already and get moving on things.

Wasn't Johnson at the same school as Cameron? School argument doesn't work here. Cameron went of his own accord - nothing to do with Mrs May - as far as I recall. Do you think the Boris appointment is seen as a good idea? Here they see Johnson as a liar and a clown and don't think he should be rewarded for those characteristics. At best she has handed him "enough rope" - let's hope he makes good use of it.
