No it isn’t. It is NF admirer Nigel Farage and dishonest journalists. E.g. BoJo sacked twice as a journalist for lying.

Juncker works for the EI and carries out the mandate given to him. Generally very well.

If you say so. Most people know it isn't true. You just make bullshit up to deflect from Juncker.

WTF?

The leave campaign has shown what scum there is. Most people in Europe are not interested in Brexit and don’t want to leave the EU.

I am not a tax dodger nor scum. I also haven’t been to Trump Tower or Moscow.

I have dual nationality, but pay tax in Germany..., not Belize or Malta.

You are as self interested as the Brexiteers you condemn imo...you raised the term 'scum' in relation to them - yet you are their equal but opposite

Yet you choose to ignore the remain lies. Just a one sided debate to you. In fact not a debate. Just a one sided argument with no decent points from you being put forward

Well she only has to ask me & I will tell her the same I have told you.

Thing is - what I voted for as an individual matters not because the majority thought differently. Her job is to get on & deliver what the majority want

I don’t want to lose basic freedoms. You say that puts me in the same bracket as a Belize based multi millionaire tax dodger and habitual liar?

I would have thought that most sensible people don’t want to be worse off after Brexit. Apparently you are ok with losing rights and the country possibly taking a hit so that some people can carry out their own agenda. Weird...,

I didn’t leave any rights behind. My rights are guaranteed throughout the EU. The EU is not allowed to take away rights that people already have.

If the UK leaves the EU, then my rights are no longer guaranteed. Hence me getting German citizenship.

The change was made by people voting leave. Not by me.

Yes. Astute’s deflecting crap doesn’t alter anything. His favourite deflection tactic is to mention Juncker and Grendel“s is Tusk. Doesn’t matter what I say, I always get the same crap ...“what about Juncker?“ or „look at what Tusk did there“. Hilarious indeed.

I don’t. The people I refer to as scum are not the vast majority of people who voted leave, but the dodgy millionaires, far right fans, hedge fund owners whose funds invest in countries like Russia rather than the UK and tax dodgers more interested in their tax havens being left in tact than the welfare of the people they preached their Brexit dogma to.

That is a small, but very significant, section of leave voters.

What are you on about? I was talking about Brexit crooks. People try and talk about totally different „crooks“ as a distraction. I said we were talking about specific British crooks who led people in Britain up the garden path.

That is not an assertion that the only crooks in the world are British crooks. It is a reminder to cut out the whataboutery when talking about specific people e.g. the Belize based, Panama Papers Lord who has backed Brexit for his own purposes. Astute says he only dodged a bit of tax which is ok by him. He is, however, a serial tax dodger and only gave up his seat in the Lords because he would have to pay tax in Britain. Do you think that Lord Ashcroft is a good example of a Brexit voter? Would you criticise him, or rather talk about people who may be crooks, but have no direct dealings in Britain?

We are talking about Britain: EU in or out. Not Poland. At least not directly. The point I was making about British based liars and crooks has nothing to do with Polish workers. Grendel always brings his pet Tusk into the conversation when I criticise dodgy goings on in the leave camp.why? Why doesn’t he admit that there were dodgy goings on?

His action in confirming the 4 principles which we agreed to was the only thing he could do.

We had scope to remove EU migrants after 3 months if they didn’t have a job. So the myth that people were coming just to get eternal benefits was put out by our press and the rules were not enacted by our government. But, blame Juncker.

I am not neutral. I am sure that a portion of the leave voters have been led up the garden path by the likes of Arron Banks, Farage and co..

I don’t for one moment think that Brexit is anything other than a stupid decision.

How can anyone be neutral if you are having a discussion about „EU in or out“? You would need to start a new thread „EU not bothered either way“ to get people saying they are neutral.

Nobody has lost anything, except you - the plot!!!...& again - you seem to have a pretty extreme view of what our Goernment is going to do regarding it's citizens post-Brexit. What I said was equal but opposite to them...& I maintain that

People will lose the right to live and work anywhere in the EU and the rights that they have in the EU will no longer be guaranteed.

I don’t have an extreme view of what our government is going to do, because neither I nor the government know what they are going to do. At this moment in time we don’t have an agreement for when we leave. If it stays like that we are in big trouble. Nothing to do with my opinion. Just a fact.

Again...nobody has lost anything except you - the plot!!! As for worse off...the average man in the street such as most of us on here will not notice any major changes to our lives. Maybe travelling abroad within the EU will be a bit different because it will become akin to travelling to Turkey when going through the border.

Probably true that most won’t notice a big difference, but it is unlikely that most will be better off or that their lives will be in any way better. More likely GDP will slow or schrink at least in the short term.

Brexit is unlikely to have been worth the trouble and the government will be busy limiting any potential damage.

I have taken German citizenship because nothing has been decided yet and I am not waiting until we have left the EU to find out what happens. I have a right to German citizenship as an EU citizen. Next year I lose that right, so I had to take it while I still can.

The EU is not taking any rights from me. I will cease to be an EU citizen when the UK leaves. I then lose EU rights. The EU is not leaving the UK. The UK is taking my EU rights off me by leaving the EU.

You are nuts. You bet that I use the NHS so that is now fact? I have private health insurance and I am healthy anyway. I haven’t been to a doctor in the UK ( apart from A and E for my daughter who is also insured ) for more than 30 years. Or maybe 40.. I can’t remember it’s so long ago.

Slating a potential calamity for Britain and the dodgy people involved at the top is sticking with Britain. A patriotic duty if you like.

Yes it will and hopefully we ( not me as I am not allowed to vote ) will get a chance to either agree or not agree with what the government finally comes up with as an agreement. If they cannot agree with the EU, then we should be asked if we still want to go ahead with Brexit, or bin it as a bad idea.

By then we will know what Brexit actually is.
