I don’t know what aspect of my post needs explaining. Can you ask a specific question? Is it the first half or second half of the sentence you don’t understand?

Sounds like it’s due to Boris trying for an election. Yet again leavers doing everything that they can to delay Brexit, thank god the opposition aren’t playing ball with Boris. WE KNOW WHAT WE VOTED FOR!

Hardly

it’s a unique moment in politics. It’s the only occasion an opposition is offered a opportunity for power and he has refused to grasp it. Can you imagine thatcher, Cameron of Blair not grabbing it.

let’s face reality here. There no referendum - even the likely extension date will not allow it and even if there was a decision. An be reversed by a manifesto pledge

the country is in paralysis and is being locked down due to one mans fear he may lose his chance at the big job forever

It’s not a real opportunity when the polls are unfavourable and Brexit hasn’t been concluded. However it seems that Corbyn himself is keen but other Labour MPs can see the danger signs from a mile off. The country is being paralysed by David Cameron’s decision to call a referendum without planning for both outcomes and then the Tories’ botching of negotiations in the midst of a failed GE.

Blaming the opposition is lazy

Surely you’re talking about Boris Johnson?

Look at it from the other side G. Firstly, rumours are Corbyn desperately wants the election (campaigning is probably what he sees as his strengths whereas he’s not had an easy time being leader of the opposition in generally), and it’s the rest of the leadership holding him back. And why wouldn’t they? They’re behind in the polls and if they can’t guarantee no deal won’t happen and it happens by accident it’s labour who would be blamed for causing it due to the disruption of an election. All the other parties want an election but they too are willing to wait even though they’re being punished politically for looking weak. Yet they do it anyway, why? Because they actually do want to stop no deal.

Meanwhile the person most desperate for an election seems to be Johnson, why is this? Because he couldn’t care less about Brexit he just care about himself. It’s all pretty transparent yet here you are towing the governments line.

Yes because it shows an array of wish list policies across Europe and you try to ally to labour

people don’t not vote for labour because of an lack of awareness they have such policies but because they know basic needs such as employment stability and economic management will be ruined if they get into power

You make an association which is flawed for that reason

The policies polled were Labour policy positions. More to the point Corbyn closed a 20+ point polling gap in 5 weeks when he was allowed to campaign on them.

The polling also shows that as soon as the policies are attached to Labour the support drops. The reason for that lies in the superb job a pro establishment media has done in planting falsehoods into Joe Bloggs. Osborne himself admitted that the ‘Labour crashed the economy’ spin was bullshit that worked better than anyone hoped.

Let’s not forget that unemployment twice exceeded 10% on Thatcher and Major’s watch and that Osborne promised to eliminate the deficit by 2015. It’s a con

What claim? Which leader in polls is regarded as the most popular and which party is viewed as the most competent?

what evidence is there this vague wish list even features when actually voting?

Ah yes it’s the media’s fault and everyone is thick and taken in by it.

the media is a scapegoat for the rejection of hard left policies.

in the end the public are smarter than you give them credit for and fortunately a lot more street smart
