Because a large percentage of labour voters are leavers and even 35% of Scotland voted leave so it’s a laughable suggestion and desperation as the biggest party is a single agenda party - the Greens will make little movement from last time - it’s desperate

No it will be a party standing on a single issue with no power to fulfil it.

You can’t count either labour or conservatives results when considering the “will of the people” both parties are split in terms of MP’s and members. You can only consider the parties with a united front one way or another. So on the mainland U.K. that’s UKIP and Brexit Ltd vs Lib Dem’s, Greens, Plaid Cymru and SNP. All the polls show that to be pretty much neck and neck so the only thing it will confirm is that the country is still split. Which we knew anyway.

Will be interesting to see how much the Brexit fans poll at the EU elections. The PM has just resigned for not being able to carry out Brexit. The contenders for her job are saying we’ll get Brexit through and then everything will be rosy. Yeah. Sure, and everyone will be happy.

Farage has rallied the people back behind him. True. Nothing has changed though. Lots of talk about how great it will be and fighting back against the elite - from a party fielding some of the elite as candidates. Comedy gold indeed.

No tangible benefits on the horizon. Just more crap about getting better trade deals with countries like China, India, Japan and the USA than we have or could have via the EU - all of whom have told the UK that won’t happen.

How are the problems of the UK being handled during the Brexit farce?

We have a zombie government, a zombie opposition with a Bennite leader stuck in the 70s, and the government, and/ or local authorities, is likely to be taken to court for disenfranchising EU citizens at the EU elections through maladministration and incompetence. Again, comedy gold.

You are laughing that there are still mugs out there actually wanting this crap against my statement that people were not that stupid and were waking up to what Brexit is doing to the UK. My statement has been proved wrong since Farage is back, but it is really no laughing matter when thousands of sheep are sending 25€ to his company to not become members of a party, or voting to encourage the country to commit self harm.

Brexit is still a long way away.

Anti-Semitism in Europe has been growing but again this article and the BBC have missed the main factor.

Most of the attacks are being carried out by Muslim migrants, but of course they'd never want to mention that.

Hahaha what a convoluted, nonsensical way to view these elections.

These are your elections. They’re Remainers opportunity to vote for who they want to represent them in their beloved EU Parliament. If Remainers aren’t going to vote in the EU Parliamentary Elections, when the hell are they going to vote?

I would have expected that Remainers would turn out in massive numbers to vote for Remain parties.
Or do they prefer to sit at home and add their names to daft petitions and then feebly claim that represents the will of the people?

Using your logic not mine, anything less than a 50% share vote for outright Remain parties would confirm where the will of the people lies.

Yes, plenty. Go and walk around Germany and talk to anyone, specifically Jews, that aren't called martcov.

Some people are just so keen to defend Islam. Then wonder why far right groups are growing too.

It all comes down to whether you want the idiots in Brussels deciding what goes on in the UK, or the idiots in London.
I go for the idiots in London because at least we can vote them out.

You obviously completely missed what I was saying...which was quite the opposite of where you are heading with that comment! Maybe you were swayed by others' reactions?
I won't let it worry me.

Attacks of any kind by anyone is deplorable on any scale. Chew that one over

Meanwhile the corruption of the right in Austria is balanced out by that of the Socialists in Romania it seems?
Romanians punish ruling party in anti-graft referendum, EU poll - Reuters

Add to that the kerfuffle about EU residents in Britain being turned away from poll stations, again (which I took as a criticism of Britain) - balanced out by Romanians abroad being unable to vote in the elections...& anti-graft referendum! Don't suppose that is of any significance & the EU will get away blameless for it

There is as much appetite for Remaining as there is for a No Deal. The solution needs to be an exit somewhere in the middle.
