If it wasn't for the costs incurred by the Council having to collect your rubbish from all the way in Tampa, they would have sufficient reserves to buy back the Ricoh and donate it to CCFC. As you can see - all your fault. Move back to Hillfields (crime rate similar to Tampa) and watch the turnaround in finances, Council activity. PUSB!!
