Have been 'advised' to say nothing about the situation currently between the club and ACL due to the high court action. Is this good advise? I understand why they have taken that approach, but the dial has been turned up a notch or two since that order was made.

We know the realltionship with the owners is at the lowest ebb in the 6 years since they took over, but they are the owners and it looks like they will still be the owners after administration, so it's time to grow some balls and publicly state 'what ever happens the club will remain at the ground' as owners of the stadium, and part owners of the company that runs the stadium, IMO they could sort thus out very quickly!

BUT, and it's a big BUT they need to forget the rubbish that's happened before and set out a deal that benefits the club and most importantly benefits the people who have been disgustingly mistreated in all this, THE FANS.....
