Joe Cole signing even for a short period is such positive news. The benefit Maddison and the whole team will get is huge. It will lift the morale at the club and of the supporters 10 fold. TM is weaving some magic with his budget. He wants promotion no doubt about that. Exciting stuff for the club at this juncture.
