But he can change his mind anytime and some will always believe him.

What are the usual running costs any business or home has to pay it is not rocket science.do people expect them to get all that for free as well

I can't see where anybody has said they expect it for free or anybody expects them to get it for free?

During last season the club was paying around £10k in match day expenses (whether this includes VAT or not I dont know). The club was paying the stewards and groundsman wages

The deal put by ACL to the FL will i think have included a higher figure of 320k (13,913 per match) because ACL would be providing the stewards and groundsman. Again not sure if thats net of VAT or not.

Match day costs in the £10k I would guess at as being, under soil heating, lighting and heating, health & safety, insurance etc. There are probably other costs I have missed too

Basically costs that any other club would have on their Profit & loss account whether tenant or owner

Hopefully at the SCG meeting they can be pressed on that as to why they couldn't accept it rather than just wouldn't...

Got a feeling the actual amount of match day cost has very little to do with whether they come back or not. Could be nil and i think they would still turn it down imo

Has it categorically been stated that matchday costs are the reason for rejecting it?

I think it needs a statement from SISU to see what their beef is with the offer.

I think it's irrelevant what the rent is .
ACL could offer to pay SISU and they still wouldn't come back at the moment.
